Job Description – Tourism and Customer Relations Internship 

• Greeting customers and answering any questions they may have about the tour or activity they are interested in;
• Providing information about other attractions in the area and making recommendations based on customer interests;
• Assisting with bookings and reservations;
• Helping to maintain cleanliness standards throughout the office and public areas;
• Answering phone calls and responding to emails from customers;
• Supporting the team in any other ad hoc tasks that may be required.

Profile

Education: Tourism, PR, or Marketing degree 

Skills and qualifications – Tourism and Customer Relations Internship 

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus);
• Friendly and outgoing personality with a positive attitude;
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
• Detail-oriented and organized.
