Job description- Software Engineer Internship

• Help out customers as they required: to provide technical assistance;
• To make the diagnosis and to solve the technical hardware and or/ software issues;
• Upgrading the hardware and software systems;
• Be part of computer training;
• To do reports weekly with feedback for future improvement.
