Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of PR campaigns to promote the fashion company’s products, events, and brand initiatives.
- Support the PR team in managing media relations, including drafting press releases, pitching to journalists, and coordinating press coverage for events and product launches.
- Monitor and track media coverage and compile press clippings and reports.
- Contribute to the creation of engaging content for social media platforms and assist in managing the company’s online presence.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating fashion events, including fashion shows, press previews, and influencer collaborations.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment.
Profile
Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in public relations, communications, marketing, or a related field. Recent graduates may also be considered.
Competences and qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and excellent grammar.
- Passion for fashion and knowledge of current industry trends.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and experience in managing social media accounts.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and approaches.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with PR tools and platforms is a plus.
