As a creative company, they need a creative person as well. Currently, they are seeking someone for the Public Relations Internship to join their amazing team in Florida, USA.

Job description- Public Relations Internship

• Serve as the main point of contact and liaison between clients and the rest of the internal team;
• Empower customers to connect their goals and challenges;
• Take ownership of new accounts and manage their onboarding;
• Lead online webinars, consultations, and one-on-one demos to educate customers on the features of the company’s products;
• Stay in touch with clients to ensure that they’re realizing the full potential of our partner’s software;
• Build, own, and execute client success and engagement plans;
• Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives and projects;
• Represent the voice of the customer and influence the product development roadmap;
• Partner Product team on cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

Profile

Education: Public Relations Degree or related one;

Qualifications and Skills – Public Relations Internship

• Excellent writing skills with great attention to detail;
• A real team player who is proactive takes initiative & ownership of tasks/projects
• Strong organizational & time management skills;
• ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
