Job Description – Kitchen and dining room assistant internship

• Assist the Executive Chef in all aspects of the kitchen operation including food preparation, menu development, and supervising kitchen staff;
• Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation;
• Work closely with the Front of House team to ensure that guests have a positive dining experience;
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff members as needed;
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times;
• Other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef or Hotel Management team.

Profile

Education: Culinary degree or a related one 

Competences and qualifications – Kitchen and dining room assistant internship 

• Experience working in a professional kitchen environment is valuable but not a must;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
• Passion for the food and hospitality industry;
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed; 
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
