Job description – IT Support Engineer Internship

• Be the first person contacting customers who need technical assistance;
• Troubleshooting thought-out the use of diagnostic techniques;
• Triage, diagnose, and come up with solutions concern to the technical hardware and/or software issues;
• Provide unique customer service with suggesting quick suggestions;
• Be the person that forwards the unresolved issues to a higher level of solving-problem;
• Follow up with customers post-issue resolution to ensure satisfaction levels remain high;
• Suggest improvements on procedures based on feedback received from customers.

Profile

Education: Engineer degree

Qualifications and Skills – IT Support Engineer Internship

• Excellent written communication skills verbal communication skills;
• High energy;
• Ability to take initiative;
• Adaptability;
• Prior experience in strategy consulting is preferred;
• Strong customer presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility in senior leadership.
