Responsibilities:

• • Assist senior investment bankers in conducting financial analysis and modelling for potential transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, and debt financings.
  • Conduct industry and market research to support the development of investment recommendations and strategies.
  • Prepare pitch materials and presentations for client meetings and transactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and risk management, to ensure the smooth execution of deals.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and economic indicators to identify potential investment opportunities.
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks and provide general support to the investment banking team.

Profile

Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in finance, economics, or a related field.

Competences and qualifications
