Description of the company
Our collaborator is a company that evolves around a competitor tracking software. The software enables to send real-time alerts to their clients when their competitors change their products, websites, and digital marketing campaigns. Their goal is to help marketers identify not only what their competitors implement, but also what is working for them. The company is global and has various offices in the US, in Europe, and in Middle East. You will be joining their team in Austin, Texas, as an intern dealing with customer satisfaction. They are particularly proud of their values and strive to empower both their clients and their employees.
Job description / Missions
- Assist with customer onboarding by helping configure initial account specs to address customer goals and objectives
- Assist with customer account optimization
- Improve processes and tools using Automation.
- Help with follow up action items, as needed
Profile
Education: bachelor degree in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Administration, or equivalent
Skills and qualities:
- Experience with new software systems
- Organized and problem-solving attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong understanding of at least one Programming language
- Tou love automation, and a big interest in customer service and satisfaction
