A business Analyst is to design and builds products to bring up innovative solutions to satisfy their costumer’s needs. Moreover, a Business Analyst is responsible for using data analytics to evaluate processes, settle requirements and consign data-driven recommendations and reports to stakeholders. You will be among engineers and analysts in the international sphere. The company wants to level up!
Job description/Missions:
- It is required to support the business department throughout the collection, analysis, and test costumer’s requirements;
- To communicate and recommend the best practices and strategies to implement;
- Interpret data and suggest solutions;
- Bring up new ideas on how the digital services can be improved and be more innovative;
- Communicate with customers to gather data about their feedback concerns about the company’s services;
- Develop models to measure customer satisfaction and business performance;
- Evaluate the upcoming tasks for the team.
Profile
Education: International Business or related studies
Skills and qualities:
- Good analytical skills. To be able to understand user needs and communicate them in business language;
- Innovative mindset;
- Problem-solving mindset;
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Fast learner;
- Highly organized and methodic;
- Technology Skills: Knowledge of software programs and software coding.
Language: English but other languages are valued.
