Responsibilities:

• • Assist in the protection of the company’s intellectual property rights.
  • Participate in conducting patent research and patent infringement analyses.
  • Aid in drafting and reviewing licensing agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams, including technology, legal, and business professionals.
  • Attend and participate in internal and external meetings, providing intellectual property perspective and insights.

Profile

Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited law school.

Competences and qualifications

• Specialization or strong interest in Intellectual Property Law.
• A passion for technology and a keen understanding of the tech industry.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
