Job description –  Hotel & Spa Receptionist Internship 

In the role, you will be responsible for: 

• Answering telephones and taking messages;
• Greeting guests and visitors;
• Booking appointments;
• Giving information about the hotel’s facilities and services;
• Taking bookings for accommodation, restaurant tables, events, etc;
• Checking guests in and out of the hotel;
• Processing payments. 

Profile

Education: Hospitality degree 

Competences and qualifications – Hotel & Spa Receptionist Internship

• Must be friendly, outgoing, and able to provide excellent customer service;
• Must be able to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once;
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus but not required.
