Responsibilities:

• Assisting with various operational tasks across multiple hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage.
• Participating in the planning and execution of guest services to maintain our collaborator’s commitment to excellence.
• Collaborating with teams to identify areas of improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Learning and adhering to the standards and procedures that make our collaborator a leading name in luxury hospitality.

Profile

Education: Must be currently enrolled in a Hospitality Management or related program.

Competences and qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• A commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
