Job description – Front Desk Agent Internship

You will be responsible for:

• Anticipation of the guest’s needs: you need to be a step ahead in order to correspond excellently to guest’s expectations;
• Answer the telephone and provide all information required with a friendly tone;
• Communicate with the guests and managers and take care of any issues when needed;
• Sell extra services;
• Be aware of every service the hotel performs in order to communicate with the guests and establish cross-sellings;
• If required, correspond to other duties.

Profile

Education: Tourism or a related one

Skills and qualifications – Front Desk Agent Internship 

• Proactive attitude;
• Great communication skills;
• Be eligible to apply for a J1 internship program;
• Be familiar with Microsoft Office tools;
• Management skills;
• Sociability is one of your key skills.
