Responsibilities:

• • Assist in conducting security assessments and vulnerability testing to identify potential risks and weaknesses in systems and networks.
  • Support the implementation of security controls and measures to protect sensitive information and mitigate potential threats.
  • Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to monitor and analyze security events and incidents, and provide timely response and resolution.
  • Participate in security incident investigations and assist in the development of incident response plans.
  • Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends and best practices to contribute to the improvement of security protocols and procedures.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations to communicate security findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Profile

Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.

Competences and qualifications

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and concepts, including network security, risk assessment, and incident response.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability scanning tools.
• Knowledge of security frameworks and standards, such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• A passion for cybersecurity and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
