Job Description – BackOffice and Online Assistant Internship

• Assist with customer service inquiries via email and live chat;
• Help process orders and fulfill customer requests;
• Update inventory levels in the back end of the website;
• Create reports on sales data and customer trends;
• Handle customer returns and refunds;
• Provide administrative support to the team as needed.

Profile

Education: Tourism or a related degree

Competences and qualifications- BackOffice and Online Assistant Internship

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills;
• Good ability to work independently, and pay close attention to detail;
• High energy and a happy disposition;
• Ability to act independently and adapt.
