Job Description – Assistance floor management internship

• The main purpose of this role is to provide support to the management team on-site;
• You will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day running of the department;
• Dealing with customer inquiries and complaints; 
• Providing administrative support to the team;
• Ensuring that Health & Safety procedures are adhered to at all times;
• Assist with stock control and ensure that products are correctly priced;
• Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising in line with company guidelines 

Profile

Education: Tourism or a related degree

Competences and qualifications – Assistance floor management internship

• Having communication skills is part of your nature;
• Be able to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor  
• You must be flexible as this role will involve shift work including weekends and evenings;
• Strong customer-facing presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with a sense of leadership.
