Job description – Administrative Assistant in a 5-star hotel Internship 

The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Hotel Manager and will be responsible for the following duties:

• Answering phone calls and routing them to the appropriate department; 
• Scheduling appointments and meetings;
• Preparing documents and presentations;
• Managing correspondence;
• Arranging travel itineraries;
• Maintaining files and records.

Profile

Education: Tourism or a related degree

Competences and qualifications – Administrative Assistant in a 5-star hotel Internship

• Experience with administrative issues is valuable but not required;
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures;     
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task;   
• Strong organization skills with attention to detail;
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills;
• MS Office skills.
