Job description
Our collaborator is a five-star hotel located in Downtown Los Angeles, California. Furthermore, our partner offers luxury accommodation and top-notch service, as well as being situated in a prime location for exploring all that LA has to offer. Currently, our partner’s company is looking for an Administrative Assist to support General Manager and the Executive team. The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Hotel Manager and will be responsible for the following duties:
- Answering phone calls and routing them to the appropriate department;
- Scheduling appointments and meetings;
- Preparing documents and presentations;
- Managing correspondence;
- Arranging travel itineraries;
- Maintaining files and records.
Profile
Education: Tourism or a related degree
Competences and qualifications
- Experience with administrative issues is valuable but not required;
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures;
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task;
- Strong organization skills with attention to detail;
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills;
- MS Office skills.
