How can you find your comfort abroad?

Following this line of thought, we might feel out of our comfort zone, when we jump into a new world. Sometimes, it could feel like a parallel universe, because from one second to another, everything changed. Now it’s time to start from zero. How can we find out comfort in another country? 

1. First of all, it is crucial to make new friendships. Feeling good in a place is also about the people who are around you and that you share time with. The first step is to get to know people and make new friends. Once, you feel a connection with someone, the place will feel cosier and homier;

2. Another important step is to establish new habits. In the beginning, a feeling of alignment can cross our minds, yet, the secret is to create a new routine. After we implement new habits in our lives, our minds can become clear and organized;

3. Travel can also be the answer. When we are abroad, we should make the best of it, and, travel, can be an amazing experience. Travelling around and discovering a new culture, and new landscape can be really recharging for our souls.

4. In each place, it is essential to have our ‘spot’. This means we should find a new spot that makes us feel good about it. In other words, a space to create new memories with people we are getting to know.  After a while, it will become familiar and comfortable. Thus, don’t forget: find your spot!
